TWO'S COMPANY WINS TWO ELANS AT 25th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

At the recent gala celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Elan awards, held at the Beverly Hills Hotel, Two's Company Interiors received two top honors and was finalist for five additional awards.

For John Laing Homes' Fusion 5 sales office in Chino, California, the Grand Award was received for Best Sales Office in a Garage Space. The contemporary sales office, located in two 2 car garages off a motor court in an attached community, was designed to resemble a loft space.

A second Grand Award was received for Trimark Pacific's Montecito project in Chula Vista, CA. The award was for Best Interior Merchandising for a Home Selling from $850,000 to $1.2 Million. A second model in the same complex was one of five finalists in the competition.

Other Two's Company projects were finalists for Best Sales Pavilion, Best Sales Office Within a House, Best Interior Merchandising of an Attached Project Selling up to $750,000.

This is the 23rd year Two's Company Interiors has participated in the Elan Awards and it makes a total of 38 Grand Awards received for outstanding model home and sales office merchandising.

WINS TOP HONORS AT LAUREL AWARDS

INLAND EMPIRE, California -- Focusing on creativity and problem-solving to create memorable buyer experiences that help sell homes, nationally recognized interior design firm Two's Company Interiors of Chatsworth recently won four top honors at the 2007 Laurel Awards. This marks the fifth consecutive year that Two's Company  has earned the highest honors in at least one award category at the Laurel Awards.

The company received awards for Best Sales Office Within a Model for work at Kona Road, a John Laing Homes community with a warm and inviting theme inspired by classic Hawaiian hospitality.  Two's Company also won for Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Priced $399,999 and Under for The New Mexico plan, as well as Best Sales or Information Pavilion, both for John Laing Homes' Main Street at Route 66 in Ontario, which followed a fun, 1950's rock-n-roll theme. In addition, the firm shared in the prestigious Community of the Year prize for Main Street at Route 66. The design firm was also a category finalist for two other model homes at Kona Road, and for one at Trimark Pacific's Bridlewood Estates.

Presented to recognize superior achievement in new home sales, marketing and merchandising in the Greater Inland Empire, the Laurel Awards are sponsored by the Inland Empire Sales and Marketing Council (IESMC), an affiliate of the Building Industry Association of Southern California. "Simply the Best", the 19th Annual Laurel Awards, were held Saturday, May 12th, 2007, at the Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula.

Two's Company's multiple prizes for design at two communities by John Laing Homes reflect the long-standing, successful collaboration between the home builder and the design firm.

TWO'S COMPANY HAS MOVED!

After 17 years at their Northridge location, Two's Company Interiors has moved to a larger, newer facility in Chatsworth.

The new space combines offices, a large resource/design area and warehousing together in a single facility. At their old location, these functions were divided between two adjoining facilities. The new space provides for greater efficiency and future growth. "We are thankful to our loyal clients for the growth Two's Company Interiors has experienced over the years and we look forward to providing even better, faster service because of the efficiencies the new space provides," said Cherry Henricks, President. "It is wonderful having more room for designing and having all the employees working closely together in the same facility."

New Decorating Book Features Two's Company's Kids Rooms   
The New Kidspace Book by Wendy A. Jordan, published by Taunton Press, features 8 children's rooms from our recent model home projects. According to the author, Two's Company's work had a starring role in the book.
