Founded in 1972, Two's Company Interiors specializes in model home and sales office interiors for new home and apartment developments. Owned by well-respected designer Cherry Henricks, we have 18 employees and also work with skilled independent contractors, as projects require. Our reputation is built on two key foundation stones: innovative model home design that helps sell houses, coupled with a design process that makes model home merchandising easy for our clients. We call it "smart design, made simple".

Smart Design
Two's Company focuses on two key areas when designing model homes: the buyer profile and the freshness of the design. For each model within a complex, we identify a specific target buyer and then ask ourselves how that buyer aspires to live. Our priority when designing a model is not necessarily to satisfy our own personal preferences, or the preferences of our client, but rather the desired lifestyle of the buyer.

It is also important when designing models to take into account the life cycle of the project. Many model complexes stay active for more than a year, and as we all know, what looked contemporary in 2000 was starting to look pretty dated by 2002. We are members of the Color Marketing Group, which tracks and predicts consumer color trends for the future, and we employ this knowledge in our design of models. We also keep our eye on consumer and culture trends to ensure that our models remain contemporary and appealing over the life of a project.

Made Simple
Two's Company understands that model home merchandising can be one of a builder's biggest headaches, but we believe it doesn't have to be that way. Over our 30 years in this industry, we have developed a process designed to take the burden off the builder. We ensure that our clients know what to expect and when to expect it, with no surprises - even in the most demanding circumstances.
